It is our goal here at Xfleas.com to have each and every client that purchases from us to bee 100% satisfied with our service and products.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact our Customer Service Department at Questions@Xfleas.com and we will arrange for its return.

We accept the return of any unopened package within two weeks of the purchase date and will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

For products that don't meet this criteria....no worries, just contact us and we'll work it out.
